My Easy Winter Decor

Guess what?  I'm using part of my Christmas decor as my Winter decor.  I had a snowman theme for Christmas, so  while packing away the Christmas decor, I just left certain items out for the month of January.  Easy to do, and I'm happy with how it turned out.
The mantel:

I removed the Merry Christmas sign, added snowflakes to the "gate", changed up the floral stems, added a wooden snowman, 2 snowmen for the mantel, and scrabble letters that spell "Let it Snow".

I love how these items look on the "gate".  I love using the white berries with the green and red.  These stems were part of an arrangement I had for Christmas in the sunroom.

Do you see the little snow man?  It is wood, and spells SNOW.

China Cabinet:

I liked the little pops of red in the china cabinet, so I left those and added some mercury glass acorns to the mix.

I think this will work just fine for January.  I've decided to also leave this winter spray on top of the china cabinet.

On the dining table:

Here again, I just took away the Christmas dishes, and removed the pine cones from the center piece, replacing them with snow balls and more mercury glass acorns.

I left the silver chargers and silverware on the table.  I removed the Christmas  napkins, but left the red ones.

I added snowflakes to the burlap wreath.

I left snowflakes and a snowlady in the old sewing drawer.

In the breakfast room:

Here I removed the santa and added a candle.  I added snowflake ornaments to the basket below.

Such an easy way to decorate for the Winter. I kept a snow theme going, but didn't have to 'drag' out more accessories.

How will you decorate for the Winter?
